Why Dubai's Zam Zam Electronics is always crowded with customers

These days a channel named 'Zum Zam Electronics Trading' is making a splash on YouTube. Zam Zam Electronics is a Dubai based mobile and laptop retailer. Zaheer and Afzal, who run it, are two Pakistani brothers. Recently, the number of subscribers of their channel has also crossed the figure of 95 lakhs. When these two brothers reach the shop late in the evening, a crowd of people surrounds them. Some are taking selfies with them and some just want to shake hands. Although there are three shops of Zam Zam Electronics, but there is no space to even set foot in this original shop of just 20 feet by 20 feet, located near Bur Dubai restaurant. To say, you can say that all this must have been possible because of the popularity of their very popular YouTube channel, but my question is, if all this is the wonder of their popularity on social media, then why is it not visible in their two other shops? The question also arises that why more than two dozen staff persons are needed only at this shop?

In fact, out of all the shops of Zam Zam Electronics, this is the only shop which is amazing from the point of view of Vastu Shastra. There is a road on both the north and east sides of this shop and the Northern north-east is extended. Not only this, but there is a street right in front of the only northern entrance that is in use, which is called T in common parlance. Very few people know that such a T is very good, while most of the people who believe in Vastu get scared by the name of the T itself. The truth is that not all T are bad. The special thing is that the door of this shop could have been kept in the north-east leaving the T, but they would not have needed to do so because they were saved from being a victim of any apprehension due to not following Vastu. In this almost square shaped shop, the counter is made in L shape in the south and west and the owner-manager etc. stand in the south-west part of the shop.

Anyway, the entire staff persons remain standing because they do not get time to sit. VVIPs and celebrities of Pakistan keep reaching this shop time to time. For the purpose of study, I stayed at this shop for about two hours and I did not see the shop empty even for a moment. It is a distant thing to see it empty, but there were many customers standing outside the shop as well. Now I would like to mention two important facts. The shop was full of second hand mobiles and laptops but new goods were negligible. It was later learned that most people who wanted new merchandise were asked to wait for 10 minutes. Then the goods are brought from a nearby shop and given to the customer keeping their commission. I myself checked this fact on the spot and found it to be true.  Even when cheap goods are available in the nearby shops, the customers happily come here and buy expensive goods. This is the miracle of Vastu. Zum Zum Electronics is earning more than what it has invested in the business. Second thing is that the day the owners would feel that due to the increasing number of customers, the shop should be shifted to some other bigger place, it will be very difficult to get a similar Vastu compliant shop just by chance. As a result, Zam Zam Electronic's charm will start to fade.
