Why Posh Area in South or SW

In this era of growing belief in Indian Vastushastra, some people still have doubts either in the authenticity of Vastu or they feel that the confession of believing in Vastu should not be a sign of their backwardness in this era of perceived modernity. I never argue with anyone who disbelieves in Vastu because at one time I myself did not believe in Vastu Shastra. I started studying Vastu as a critic and considered every theory only after it met the test of logic. For example, the principle of Vastu is that the head of the house should live in the south or south-west as his influence remains acceptable.

                A home or business complex is a small unit. A large unit (block) consisting of several small units (buildings) will form and several large units will form the city. If a small unit of the house has other small units like kitchen, house of worship etc. and which should be in the proper direction, it also means that people living in a particular area of ​​the city (group of large units), should automatically get results according to the properties of the direction of that region. If this hypothesis is taken as the basis of research, then according to it, of course, not all people in the south or southwest of a city can be rich or all people in the the northwest of a city can not be poor but if Vastu Shastra is a science then most of the residents of the south-west should get more pleasant results in less labor, ie the posh area of ​​any city must be located in the south or south-west.

People who disbelieve in Vastu are also surprised to know that in every city of the world, its posh area is in the South or South-West of that city. Be it Kolkata's New Alipore, Baliganj etc, Jaipur's Mansarovar, Vaishali etc., Mumbai's Santa Cruz, Marine Drive, New York's Manhattan or Bikaner's Ganga shahar-Bhinasar area. In London and Delhi, its posh area is known as South London and South Delhi respectively. Is this a coincidence? When Delhi was not expanded, the Chandni Chowk area was a posh area. There was also Meena Bazaar and horses of nine lakhs were also tied in Chandni Chowk. After the expansion of Delhi in the South (Connaught Place, RK Puram, Chanakyapuri, etc.) during the British era, Chole-Bhature are being sold in the Chandni Chowk today.

Similarly, when there was a distance between Ganga shahar-Bhinasar and Bikaner city, Seth (Rich People) living in famous havilies of Rampuria Mohalla, Mohta Chowk, etc. used to provide financial support to King of Bikaner, but today most of the havelis of that area are deserted. There is no artificiality in these facts because I or you have not built any city in the world. 

Indian Vastu Shastra states that people will be able to lead a more pleasant life in buildings situated on the roads having slopes towards east or north and their fame and business will increase. Those who look at Vastu Shastra with suspicion will also be surprised to know that the slope of that road is always found towards the north or east direction in the prime road of any city or prime location located on any road all over the world. Even those who live by chance in a Vastu according area, cannot be deprived of its benefits, whether they believe in Vastu or not. Whether you visit Delhi's Rajpath or London's Oxford Street, Jaipur's MI Road or Bikaner's KEM Road, the slopes of these major roads will be found only towards North or East direction. All the narrow lanes of the Famous Bada Bazar of Bikaner area, having slops towards North and East, are very busy and established markets, but shops on the road going from this dense market to south are less successfull as slop of the road is towards South.

I would like to give you another interesting example. According to Vastu Shastra, the best place to keep workers in the premises is Vyavya i.e. North-West and Agney i.e. South-East region. If there is scientificity in the principles of Vastu, then most of the people living in these directions of any city should also be of this nature. This is also true. No need to go far. Take the example of Bikaner. In the north-west region of Bikaner there are Bangla Nagar, Sarvodaya Basti, Rampura Basti etc. On the other hand, Chaudhary Colony, Bandra Baas and adjacent colony is situated in the south-east of the city and you know that most of the working class of the city resides in these areas. The name of Colony is Bangla Nagar and there is no bangla (bungalow) in colony. This is the miracle of vastu!
